Personal Assistant
Job Description:
L’ Antica pizzeria da michele is seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO.
Duties include: answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with diverse groups of people
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have ability to work with minimal supervision as well as independently
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
